We strive to make the registration process simple and convenient. In order to complete your California vehicle registration request, and for your security, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following items by either downloading the requested copy directly to us through this website, or faxing the same to us at 916-258-0299. We only request these items when we are instructed to do so by the California Department of Motor Vehicles and/or state law.
Requested items shall include an electronic or fax copy of one or more of the following:
Current or previously issued: California Vehicle Registration Notice; California Notice of Delinquent Registration; California Notice of Incomplete Registration; California Vehicle Registration Card.
In lieu of the above items, you may click the following link to download and provide a Reg 156 form (Sections A,B&D) also located in the Forms section of this website.
Other requested items may include an electronic or fax copy of one or more of the following:
Proof of current and valid automobile liability insurance.
