Transfer a California Vehicle Title

In just a few easy steps, you can complete your California vehicle title transfer with Cartagz.com without leaving your home or office.
We’ll provide the necessary DMV forms and personally walk you through the process.
Just follow these three simple steps:
Step One:
Simply select the title transfer link from our home page and follow the instructions. You will be asked to fax the front and back of the vehicle’s ownership certificate to 866-497-7465 or you may e-mail the same to transfers@cartagz.com.
Be sure to print and include the fax cover-sheet so that we can match-up your order.
Step Two:
Within one business day*, you will be contacted by e-mail to confirm the amount of DMV fees and advise you of any other requirements. If permitted, you may post DMV fees and we’ll record your name as the new registered owner into the DMV database.

Step Three:
Cartagz.com will immediately send you your official DMV Report of Deposit of Fees with a return envelope to send back any items required by the DMV to finalize the ownership certificate.
Done!
Once all required items & fees are provided, a new original Certificate of Title to your vehicle will be forwarded to you automatically by the California DMV.
